Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Lana Luxe Aesthetics kindly requires at least 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time may be changed or canceled without a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. A valid card is required on file to reserve all appointments. Select treatments may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the appointment. Any required deposit will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking and applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service. For services requiring a deposit, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. If an appointment is canceled rather than rescheduled, the deposit remains non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
